Best time of my life, easily.
Didn't drink or go to parties, but the sheer amount of stuff to do (student groups, other activities) was still great. We had a gaming club and an anime club, and at various points I did fencing, a couple different martial arts, went to SCA events, learned ball room dancing, and more.
Plus, you're simultaneously free from living with your parents but also still don't have to deal with the responsibilities of "the real world" yet.

6/10 given that it's kinda expensive, they make you take gen eds (would rather just have more electives... although having a humanities course as a gen ed convinced me to take some additional humanities courses so... not a total loss), often charge extra if you go above a certain course-load (seriously, fuck that -- half the point of wanting to finish in 3 years is to save a year's tuition so paying extra defeats the point), course availability can suck (and scheduling can be a pain), too many PC Police/SJWs, etc. That said, lot more fun than high school.
