I watched the new films in the modern era so I have no nostalgia goggles, and they are far inferior to the new ones. It was great fun, classic cinematic filmmaking. It was flash gordon, it was swash buckling in space, it was the classic fairy tale vibe that makes great blockbusters. If you weren't blown away by it, totally fine. But worst movie ever made? Come on now. I think the PT is awful. I thought Solo was awful, and TLJ was weak (with some high points).
