So I'm guessing in the LiS universe, power phenomenons are a real thing. I really hope they don't get into details how they work or it will kind of kill the story telling. I think that's why LiS worked to begin with, it was ultimately a teen coming of age story about getting that once in a lifetime event to hang out with your loved ones, only to learn when to let them go.
