Yes, its a game and theres going to be some creative leeway that doesnt reflect exactly to reality. One example is smoke bombs. It takes ~20 minutes for a smoke bombs full life to cycle. Its certinly not going to be the most fun experience to force the player to wait that long so they kick up the speed to keep the game going. Dropping smoke bombs are still within the realm of realistic expectations. Having a woman wearing blue body paint and a bionic arm is outside the realm of WW2 realism.
