good job on that reduction. every little bit helps. i don't know if it's good advice or not, but the way i was able to quit was to find other addictions to replace smoking. as long as they are an improvement over smoking, then they are a step in the right direction. ideally, it would be productive activities, but if it's not as bad as cigarettes, then go for it, imo.
