Now it wants to become a 'Publisher with Editorial Powers' to control the content on it's site after many years of killing off the competition and becoming the dominant player in Publically Hosted Videos with a "Paying Content Creators" model through profit sharing of Ad-Revenue. Then after so many years into it's domination, it wants to change the business from "Public Forum" -> "Publisher with Editorial Control" while getting the legal protections / benefits of a "Public Forum". It needs to PICK ONE, not try to benefit off of both legal type categories.
