It's...it's just...I don't even know what I'm watching. I love Trials, and I can complete just about anything up to maybe ninja lvl 1. But this...

It's both awe-inspiring and extremely disheartening at the same time. Like I can see what he's doing and think "damn, I wish I could get to that level of skill" and "y'know, I can already do some of that, I bet if I just practiced enough..." Then my brain goes "lol no, don't be stupid, you know you're not physically capable of the precision and temper needed for that" and it makes me sad.

I remember watching a video where this guy played (and completed, I think) one of the recent-ish Zelda games by listening to the games effects and remembering the level and its obstacles. He had to do that because he is blind.

Impressive, certainly. And there have been blind speedruns of a bunch of games. I think GDQ even had one on stream one year.

But it's not even in the same solar system as the level of difficulty of the video I posted.

I'll have to take your word for it, as I've only ever played a short demo of a Trials game. I did watch the video and the stunts certainly looked like they would need an unhealthy amount of time to practice and probably a lot of talent to pull off.

I genuinely, sincerely doubt it. Maybe a few. Most definitely not thousands. At least one of those few is probably something in Trials I just haven't seen yet.
