Cutting all new trade investments, recalling ambassadors, recalling all international students and even threatening a terrorist attack.

They are butt hurt because Canada said they gave poor human rights.

It'd be nice if this was the first step to abandoning the saudi countries so they can't sell their oil and terrorism stops.

So if Canada stops buying their oil, does that mean we'll be able to get it cheaper since they'll be losing a buyer?

Why even buy oil anymore? Oh, that's right, the guys who own the oil companies and the governments of the world are too busy being elbow deep in each other's assholes to bother using a dozen viable solutions that have been around for 3 decades now.

Right?

My uncle knows a guy who built a water powered car. So obviously it would work.

I think Canada and Saudi Arabia need to meet in the middle. One has too many freedoms, the other not enough. I'm sure they could learn from each other and be the best of friends when it's all settled.

If Canada had too many freedoms then they wouldn't be charging people with using wrong pronouns by accident.

It's okay, we have our own oil and Saudi Arabia has literally nothing else of value.

Also, we have more electricity generation capacity than we know what to do with and guess what most cars are going to be running on 20 years from now?

the US strategy has always been to exhaust the oil reserves in other parts of the world while stockpiling it ourselves. we were playing the long game, but with the increased availability of renewable energy sources the rules of that game have changed and we need to fucking change with them.

If the USA was a functioning free country you wouldn't have been spoon fed fake news like that.

That literally has never happened.

Hydro, wind and solar, all of which we can easily expand upon to ten times or more of their current output.

There are also a few old legacy plants burning fossil fuels, and unfortunately a small number of nuclear plants as well.

No, it isn't. You can not be charged for using the wrong pronouns. Stop watching Sargon of Akkad or whatever.

Is it a case that doesn't specifically mention pronouns but they could be applied to the law?

Not Canadian. Don't really know much about it to be honest.

The most well known case didn't result in any charges, and the guy was particularly harassy misgendering a person - like, beyond normal politeness. After he found out she was born a he, he kept enunciating HEEEEE like a dink
