That's cause you're used to it here.

Anyway, do you know where I can still find some Oreo O's?

idk, man, I think NMB would be hard-pressed to find a place that sells Oreos, let alone Oreo Os.

If there was ever an argument for UBI - NMB is it.

I think its more an argument that Darwinism doesn't really work anymore since we coddle the weak nowadays instead of letting "survival of the fittest" work things out naturally. Someone like NMB wouldn't make it if Darwinism still worked like its supposed to work.

Thanos would definitely be in support of Darwinism weeding out the population.

Evolution does not have a "supposed to." It simply happens, with no goal or direction of any sort. Organisms which succeed are fit, regardless of how you'd like to define "fitness."

Furthermore, "survival of the fittest" is not an accurate summary of Darwinian principles. Darwinian principles are more along the lines of "the fitter organism will have greater reproductive success," and that is not in any way being violated by anything demonstrated here. Those principles can only be applied retrospectively: if NMB dies with fewer children than you have by the time you die, then he is less fit than you. If he has more children by the time you both die, he is fitter than you. Trying to act like Darwinism is anything more than that is just fundamentally misunderstanding biology and trying to rely on that misunderstanding to help you feel superior.

And any such agoraphobia is brought on by a mix of his living arrangements and apathy. If he had to work for a living, I imagine his udiagnosed agoraphobia would fly out the window pretty quickly. It'd also improve his social skills, real-world knowledge, and outlook on life. However, if you do think he has an actual problem, then you should be encouraging him to seek professional care to determine if such a problem exists and the best steps to remedy it so he can live a happier life.

Except he's never cited any kind of disabilities for reasons why he doesn't work. Instead, he's said that there are no employment opportunities because he lives in the middle of nowhere, which it turns out, is 30 minutes from downtown Ft. Worth.

Also that he can't commute to work because he doesn't drive, and can't walk or bike because wild dogs will eat him. He can't learn to drive because he lives in the middle or nowhere and apparently there are no taxis or ride sharing programs there to take him to his classes, and his disabled mom can't drive him either because I guess she's busy driving him to McDonald's and Walmart and passing by Burger King to make sure there are no customers inside every day.

Me too

I doubt NMB gets welfare himself. He and his mom probably just live off the mom's disability. He really needs to think long and hard about what is going to happen when his mom passes away because I doubt he is going to qualify for disability himself. He won't have any income at all then, and then he will be homeless... until the wild dogs get him...

You say this, but then you go on to list a variety of examples of his paranoia and distorted sense of reality. He hasn't cited any disabilities himself, no, but it's really not much of a jump to infer that he's not the most mentally healthy person around.

Which, as I mentioned, seem more related to his upbringing and environment than any actual mental illness, although technically we won't know for sure because he's not going to talk to a therapist either way. Many of his problems likely result simply from the fact that he's cloistered himself. (Or cloystered himself.)

All I'm reading is excuses. He certainly has some form of mental disorder too. I'm curious how those that don't work and seem like they are capable enough to do so manage to spend what they do. Sure they may claim some kind of welfair but unless it's for some kind of disability I don't imagine it being much so I can only assume they either have some kind of disability or their parents still finance them. Could even be both. I would think being as NMBs mum is disabled he would actually make more effort in finding work and helping her out.
