I always thought there were time limit limitations to dragon ball revival but seems like that went out the window in DBS

Dragon ball super season 2 SPOILERS
they revived Frieza and hasnt it been like 10-15 years since that saga, and I always thought dragon balls could only revive good people

So what's the deadline with no reviving grandpa Gohan. or even nappa and raditz or something

Or maybe you can only wish back people who didnt die of natural causes...I dont recall any real consistent rules

Freeza was revived in the condition he died in, as chum. Grandpa Gohan was smashed to death by Oozaru Goku and humans don't have Freeza's durability, those internal organs are a real weak point.

Because he already met him and understood that he had accepted his death and that he was happy with the afterlife.
As for the wishes...
...did you miss the facts that;
A; The original Dragon Balls got destroyed when Kami fused with Piccolo, and Dende created more powerful ones.
B; The planetsize balls in Super got no pesky limits like that.

Nappa and Raditz... what reason do they have to bring them back?
Nappa is pretty unstable and Vegeta sees him as a failure.
Raditz... why? Goku probably forgot him already, and he is no family man...
And both would be laughable weak.
