I log onto Facebook to post anti-Trump memes. I go onto reddit and give karma to anti-Trump comments. I watch CNN to get all of my anti-Trump news. All day, I think of nothing besides how much I hate Trump. I don't look for work, because this would interfere with my politics-oriented lifestyle. Then I go to sleep and repeat the process.

Usually I go to bed telling myself that tomorrow is a good day to stop looking at the news and getting frustrated and depressed, and then first thing I do in the morning is open my Google app and see all the fun headlines about what one asshole or another in government is doing.

You know what? He is just awful, I agree, but you can't let it run your life. You have better things to do than worry about him. Go get a job, do volunteer work, find a way to help your community.
