Every host has the absolute right to base their own cuts on any criteria which they choose. However, there could have perhaps been some better implementation of tact here.

I like playing with you. I think you get a bad rap, unfairly.

Um, have you personally investigated these claims of gamethrowing, or are you just taking Blade's word?

Because I think that's kinda unfair to do without any evidence?

I replaced into Alakazam's slot and the most I ever heard was that he fakeclaimed a silly flavour role. Besides that, I never got the impression he did anything against wincon (and trust me, I'd know, people kept quoting all his posts to me)

I'm really not sure how much weight you should give to blade's word considering he all but abandoned the hosting.

zam did not intentionally throw the game, however bad some of his decisions may have been.

I don't think he threw the game for town, I just think he made no effort to play in any sort of pro-town manner. It was different from the play I feel I have observed from him in other games.

Throwing is too strong though. I do think he was aware his play was hurting town but it's not like he actively tanked the game.

And it's not like I was calling for his head, but I intended to bring it up way before the game ended simply to chastise him once it did.

He usually hurts town without trying. He made conscious decisions that he knew would hurt town. My intent was to tell him that was unacceptable and move on. Kicking him out of a game is going way too far.

(It was only when Andy somehow got lynched as town's trump card that I completely stopped paying attention. I had to take time out of my lunch break just to modkill the guy. Gave up on town at that point)

Zam didn't even get mislynched. He goofed around a bit, but that isn't even what got Dels lynched after replacing him. It was Dels making deals with players he thought was scum (though to be fair, the last was actually town). Even then Dels was playing to win.

My first job with this kind of irregular shiftwork, which isn't friendly to games that require strict real life timing. Its better to give my schedule pre game than bother to explain it during the game.

People get very heatedly invested into the games, and it can lead to situations ranging from salt to downright mental breakdowns. Shit weve seen breakdowns from Ulti and MI in the last few months alone.
