Last time I made steak I added a touch of cinnamon and it came out amazing so you can try that if you want.

I used to marinade them in sundried tomato salad dressing. Tastes pretty good

I used crushed coriander, salt, pepper, a little garlic salt, and a tiny bit of cinnamon. I also glazed some worcheshire sauce on it while it was cooking. Cinnamon is super strong so just use a little on each side. Gave it a small cinnamon kick to it
