I love In-N-Out, they have great food imo

But to act like it is healthy food is kinda delusional. Less people would hate you sunny if you stopped trying to be the food police that nobody wants

It's leagues healthier than McDonald's or Taco Bell.

As has already been posted, moderation is key.

Any of these places would be unhealthy to eat every day but probably arent going to harm someone that is eating healthy most of the time.

In response to the Super Size Me documentary there was that guy that only ate at McDonalds and actually improved his health and fitness by tracking his calories and excercising regularly. Then recently there was the professor who lowered his cholesterol and triglycerides by eating nothing but hostess snack cakes and half a can of vegetables a day.

There are some foods that should be avoided and certainly many foods that shouldnt be eaten regularly, but your body is pretty good at getting what you need out of your food and doing away with what you dont.

Your status as a pariah on the board is largely due to your insistence on being the potd hall monitor of nutrition while at the same time coming across as an ignorant new age hipster than clings to anything with the words natural or organic and insists that anything from a large company must be evil and harmful because reasons.

in and out is absolutely not healthy because they use "fresh" ingredients, even though they actually don't.

I love how Arizona Tea is very cheap: $0.60.
However, it has way too much sugar; I rarely find myself buying it. If I need a drink, it is cheap and convenient enough for me to buy it while I'm at a store.

Its even more annoying because the stuff he points out is usually correct

I wouldn't give him that much credit. The guy who believes in chakras? Even the non-"spiritual" stuff he talks about is absurd, as evidenced by this topic. He thinks preparing fried food from scratch makes it healthy, and that fresh burgers are less greasy than frozen ones

I guess Arizona tea is different from regular tea...(Guessing they like heaping large amounts of sugar into their brew).. much like how a Chicago style pizza or a New York style cheesecake are slight variations...?

Arizona Tea is just the brand name

Sweet tea is more of a Southeastern US thing

There are no In N Out Burgers here in Canada. I've wanted to try it. xD
In recent years we did get Fatburger though, and it's become my favorite restaurant. Love me some tasty, greasy American food. *yum*

I'll have to get that Arnold Arizona next month when I run out of my 24 Lemon cans, per Knives suggestion.

Zang I remember you tried Fatburger per my suggestion and you thought it sucked, lol.
I still think you may have just ordered a meh food item and just got a bad first impression though. It was kinda like that for me too at first. In my case I learned I hate relish on burgers so I always order with no relish now.
Kingburger with no relish ftw

You tried Fatburger and said it was terrible, lol

Its been awhile since Ive had in an out. And considering how cheap they are.

Maybe Ill get some for brunch.

Double double animal style no lettuce no tomato extra pickles with a fry well done.

I think it just moved.

Dont judge me!

I had it yesterday. The beef seemed lower quality than it use to be. That one just opened up so maybe it was just an inexperienced cook.

I've enjoyed those in the past but I just cold brew my own iced tea now. Always have some in the fridge. It's so inexpensive and not so sweet. Got an Arnold Palmer yesterday and it was sickly sugary

I used to get Arizona all the time. I bought a pair of pitchers specifically for cold brewing* my own green tea, and I haven't looked back. I still haven't quite kicked my coke habit though.

I highly recommend bulk barn for cheap loose tea that brews well. The black currant black tea is the best imo

Bulk Barn is my go-to for consistency and best sticker price, though I'm lucky enough to have some local places with better deals depending on where we are in tea-season. In the latter case, I'm usually picking up a higher grade tea that's about 50% more expensive but goes twice as far.

No, it has a handle and a lip for pouring. It's just a square (well, rectangular if you want to be anal retentive) jug/pitcher.
