Rules

1. If you live in a condo or an apartment, use the area that is in front of any exiting driveway. Yes to one of them and the answer is yes!
2. If you live on a corner house, use what's in front of the driveway.
3. If the lines are only on part of your street but not in front of your drive way, it's a no.

For the first time the city put yellow lines on my street, but only for about 3 feet at each end (It makes no sense) and this random question came into my mind.

I live in an apartment complex that has its own streets, but theres only one exit from the complex which is on a four lane road with double yellows. Am I a yes?

Yup! My house is on a semi-busy street, though it's still more residential. For instance, my garage is connected to an alleyway that leads to a side street, which only serves the people that live in the area. So there's never any traffic.

I wouldn't be able to stand living on a big street.

No lines at all. It's a one way street mostly, with a turnaround for those who get lost.

Not necessarily, there are lines on some residential streets...at least in my and surrounding neighborhoods.

I am surprised at the results in a way, I thought there would be more voting yes just due to how some apartment and condo complexes lead out to main throughways.
