He posted his appeal to his court phone ban. Finally something that contains the opposing sides reactions and comments toward him. It is long but has several parts that made me lol. The big ones for me is the part where the balif tells him come back at 4:30 and record that. Dawkins assumed he wanted to come back and fight. The part where he rambles about his 1st amendment concerns and his right to "petition the government for a redress of grievances" Woman tells him to tell someone who cares. The part where a group of people tell a person he was arguing with we got this and told him he can't bring his phone into court. And finally the part where The judge telling him just don't bring your cell phone into the courthouse it is so simple and the problem is solved.

He's done, dude is going to be locked up for life because of this and considering the state of North Carolina's jails, he's going to have to join a gang just to survive, assuming he doesn't end up in sig and worse, solitary confinement, as in he only gets a box with his thoughts for 23 hours a day, 1 hour in a slightly bigger box and a pull up bar. Most murderers don't even get that but the way Dawkins is going they are going to make an example of him and because he pissed off the DA nobody is going to try and make his case more "humane". I didn't since I missed that particular topic. I did however point them to this board when they needed the context behindwhat some of his tweets were aimed towards. Anything that i've missed they have assured me they would be able to allocate time towards inquiring about.

If you're really paranoid you can setup a VPN or have a dynamic IP that changes regularly or whenever you reset your modem.
