You go to their friends list and click on a friend. On helly's friend list, it says Action53 was last on 8 hours ago.

Surprisingly useful for seeing if old posters are dead.

So, uh, what's the exploit? I honestly don't understand what you're trying to say here. On somebody's "boards" profile page there is a "Last Visit" field and that has always been there, even if you make everything possible private.

Also if you don't have your "activity feed" set to private it doesn't show anything about your last visit anyway, it only shows the last time you posted somewhere.
