Guedes and Bernardo Silva both not starting today. Both have looked bad so this is good news. Quaresma in is interesting. I like the energy he often provides coming off the bench in the 60th+ minute, but not sure of him and Ronaldo together for a full 90.

Andre Silva also coming in is whatever. There aren't much better options I guess.

I can never get a read on African teams.

Sometimes it feels like Algeria and Ghana are on the way up, they it turns out they were frauds and Nigeria and Senegal are the big bois, then it turns out that was wrong because Cameroon and Ivory Coast are actually the top African teams, then wait Egypt are the ones winning the African Cup.

Revolving door at the top and it always ends with them underperforming at the World Cup.

Though in terms of talent, we all know its there.
