So is the statistic based on gender preference or biological differences? Bringing transsexuals into anything always makes it more confusing because you never know whether there's an agreement on syntax.

I made a vow to never wear makeup unless it's Halloween and I'm trying to pass as a zombie.
I'm a 19 year old female and have still never broken this vow out of principle.

Yes, but if they're biologically men that identify as women and the statistic is adjusted to be "politically correct" then they wouldn't be counted in the men portion of the ratio. Thus its important to know the ideological inclinations of the researches that came up with this statistic to know if your answer to my question is valid.

Yeah doesn't matter to me, you just said 400 * o should be 0, implying that 0% of men wore makeup, I just said transexuals brah, could add drag queens to the mix.
