But it's about E3. Microsoft showed off 50 games, a handful of exclusives, some new studio acquisitions, announced third party games DMC5 and Sekiro and announced exclusives Forza Horizon 4, Halo Infinite, Gears 5 and Gears Tactics. They also teased next gen. It was a great conference. Sony showed off longer gameplay demo's for The Last of Us 2, Ghosts of Tsushima, Spider-man and a trailer for Death Stranding. They announced third party games RE2 Remake and Control. But they had a long and awkward intermission and was still short and have been dealing with the Fortnite account controversy all E3. So yeah Microsoft won E3 this year. I do not think it did a good job of convincing people to go out and invest in the Xbox One because whats the point? You can get most of those good looking games on the PS4 while also having access to PS4 exclusives. Lets face it. Halo is a shell of its former self and Gears has become stale. Forza does look good but thats only one game. Im sure Battletoads will be cool but we didnt even see gameplay. The only reason why Microsoft won is because Sony thought they could go another E3 without trying too hard to win and Nintendo thought Smash was enough.
