I have fond memories of my Logitech trackballs. One had a big ball and one had a little ball. You frequently needed to remove the balls for cleaning, which was best done by caressing them gently.

Yeah, sometimes there would be all this gunk on the ball from rolling it around with the mouse. I always tried to play with the clean ones if I could find one >_>

we still have some of those at work and they are annoying and people don't know how to clean them
