However, you won't get the same message for a 14/14/14 as you do for a 15/15/15 because there's a different message for a 15 than a 13 or 14. The brackets are 15, 13-14, and then... it doesn't really matter because it's going to be garbage. Short explanation is that some gyms are EX-eligible and, if they get enough activity, it can trigger an EX raid. EX passes get sent out like a week before the raid so everybody knows when it is and where it is. And those passes are good only for that one Mewtwo raid. Depending on your area and EX loc placement, you could attend a Mewtwo raid every week. However, the minimum turnaround for any given gym is like 2 weeks. Sponsored gyms and some parks are the most common EX gyms. Of course, you need enough raiding activity there during that time and there are a number of other factors affecting whether a gym can trigger. Oh, plus the actual raid times can totally suck. You don't need to be with the big groups but there need to be big groups using the location in order for it to trigger. You could do a 1-star raid there by yourself and still potentially get a pass. I can't remember what the minimum is, but I think it might be like 12 or 13 people in a raid group for one of the raids. There's a whole guide discussing some of the mechanics.
