I generally have a ceiling fan going at full blast 24/7 during the spring/summer and it's decently loud.

There are a bajillion Youtube videos that are 8+ hours long featuring whatever sound you want. My personal favorite is waterfall, but be careful if you're the sort of person who pees after hearing running water.
