Smash for the Switch is the most obvious game that is going to be shown during the press conference, even though it's probably just going to be a port of Smash 4. There's also Fire Emblem which would have to be shown, as the game is already known to have a release date at some point this year. Metroid Prime 4 and Yoshi are also likely to be shown as well. I am not really expecting Pokemon Let's Go, Pikachu and Eevee to show up at all during E3 since they didn't show anything of Pokemon USUM last year after a reveal just shortly before E3.
Although fairly unlikely, there could also be some 3DS games shown during the press conference. Any 3DS games that are shown will take up a very small segment (less than 3 minutes at best) in the press conference. Switch games will clearly be the major focus here. Treehouse Live starts immediately after the press conference has finished. Day 2 and Day 3 of Treehouse Live starts at the same time during the next 2 days of E3. Time for one more press conference to get hyped for. Although technically a Nintendo Direct, I called it a press conference in the topic title since saying "Nintendo's Nintendo Direct" seems really awkward.
