I ate at an IHOP before this was all announced / got weird about a month ago in AZ, on vacation.
They had burgers everywhere. Displayed on burger only menus, banners, front page of the breakfast menu. So I tried one. Definitely an average tier soggy, wilted, pseudo fast food burger. Frozen patty, well done+, etc. The standard diner burger. Can't believe they're banking on this as an ad swing.
