In terms of purely major plot points I'd put Terminator ahead of X-Men in stupidity, but if we count all the contradictory appearances of named characters in different time periods, represented by different actors in consecutive films, etc., then X-Men might have it topped Who contradicts besides Emma Frost, Cyclops, Angel, and Deadpool?
