It is too bad the hand went all in from the onset. It woulda been even more funnier with big stacks and betting until the river all in.

Side note: I lost a hand very close to this one for about $800 on full tilt.

I had 4 of a kind on the turn. The dude turned and rivered into a straight flush to beat me despite calling me all in when I had trips and he had nothing more than 2 cards to a flush or straight.

That's just a bad bluff turned lucky. It can't be avoided unfortunately, that's why I tend to stick to low stakes.

I misread this and was expecting a royal flush. "Wait, that's a 9, not an ace!"

It is not a bluff if you call someone else's all in. = /

I ran into that all the time on Full Tilt, Corrik. I only put about $100 into their service years ago and it became apparent there was some sort of cheating going on because players with 2/10 offsuit would be calling pre-flop all-ins from pocket queens and pull off trip 2's and shit. And the same player would keep winning those kinds of ridiculous hands the entire game, every time before the flop.

Got out of there and went to PokerStars instead, and they seemed way more legit, because I never saw anything like that there. Made a decent chunk of money on PokerStars. I'm still clinging onto hope that this new sports gambling bill opens up the market for online poker again, but I know it won't happen.

^It might. It's just gonna take quite a while if it does, in large part because of the whole Full Tilt thing.

It will happen. PA is going to have legalized poker in just a month or two. I think a couple of states already have it.

I actually put nothing into Full Tilt. I one a bunch of freerolls. A couple of such which paid out just a few bucks in cash. Used the low stakes tables to build that up. Eventually built it up to about $1400 in cash. Lost that in literally a hand or two on really bad beats.

I don't think it was cheating. I just think it was players just playing bad and getting lucky as fuck.
