How did we manage to make it the entire season and three rounds of playoffs without a purge, but not a three day break in the finals?

It's weird how Vegas struggles when their goalie isn't playing incredibly above average.

Almost like he carried them to the finals.

I feel like after those first ten minutes where Vegas looked unstoppable, it's hard to say Fleury "carried" them.

But it's true that Neal's whiff sealed the series. Momentum was finally starting to turn our way and that just sent the morale crashing down further than it had ever been.

Oh well. Still a great run and a season that'll never be replicated.
