ANH was great ESB was great RotJ was good TPM sucked AotC was total garbage RotS was ok TFA was great RO was great TLJ... had its moments I guess (ok it was bad) So that's 5 I liked to 3 I didn't. I was pretty huge into Star Wars when I was a kid, which was around the time the re-releases came out. Star Wars fans are the epitome of 45 year old basement dwellers holding onto a movie from their childhood and touting it as being better than it actually is. I don't mind the Star Wars movies, I've enjoyed the ones I've watched. TLJ had the worst humor, and I think the movie would benefit from shaving half an hour off of the runtime, but I thought it did some cool things along the way as well. I liked TFA, but I also liked the three original movies well enough and I wasn't repulsed by the Prequel stuff I saw. Like shit man, take what you like and leave the rest behind. You don't need to bust a hemorrhoid by screaming about how Rian Johnson raped the franchise, you're better off just moving on at that point. If Star Wars is your life, then you've wasted your life. --- So put on those clothes you never grew into, and smile like you mean it for once.
