Well if you say what happen to the quality of the site. That happen when as other side it become a hive mind. If you didn't agree with the hive and you even proved your case you could get banned and they would say you just not a good fit.
As for the other thing . Some mods and stuff were claimed to have being sexuality inappropriate with some people and that started things to crash.
