It's somewhat useful now with the special/physical split, but yeah it leaves a lot to be desired. All the eevee evolutions have suffer from power creep and shallow move pools. It gets Flare Blitz, Super Power, Quick Attack and Double Edge, as well as some utility moves and gimmick moves. As I said, it's movepool is shallow but not the main issue. 65/60/110 bulk with 65 speed is its main issue. Oh. Been many, many generations since I played.
