Yes but just a cheaper 43" one for gaming. Looks great for that tho.

Yes but 4K as a resolution seems underwhelming and everything that seemingly outputs HDR is dull and bland color-wise.

Yes. I wouldn't have gone out of my way to buy one, but our nine year old Sony TV died six months ago so we figured we'd future proof our new main living room TV by getting one.

^ I do hate the "smart" software that won't let you turn off hdr when detected. I don't understand the hdr hype. It looks like crap far as I'm concerned, not just on my cheaper set but in stores on expensive ones.

I absolutely want a tv with HDR, higher colour gamut, a bigger bitdepth, and sure 4k, but my Panasonic plasma is still fabulous and that ~$1500 covers gets us to a music festival and some merch instead.
I think we'll wait until OLED has dropped in price a bunch more. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Yep. Got one back when first got the gears 4 xbox one slim. (My old TV just so happened to implode on itself at this time). Its only 40 inches though since the TV was for my room. (its the samsung ku6300. Friggin' love this TV since the input lag is really nice).
On one hand, I would not mind a bigger 4K TV, but on the other hand, the one I have now is already good enough for me. Maybe if it also happens to implode I'll get a fancier TV. --- GTag:XlX Zoro XlX PSN:lMadDogg NNID:xMadDoggx https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiqjqAROr_E My most pro overwatch POTG ever. It looks like crap far as I'm concerned, not just on my cheaper set but in stores on expensive ones. Store settings are usually just max brightness to get your attention, on demo tvs in a bright store. Calibrated at home looks vastly better. Besides, HDR (when used well) allows the darks to be darker and brights to be brighter, or more specifically, emulate light much more accurately ie see some details of a figure standing in front of a bright light in a dark room, reflections off metal, etc. It allows the picture to look more like reality. You absolutely should be able to toggle it off and on though. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Not yet, but have a bunch of high end 1080p TVs and a 1440p monitor. Obviously if I'm in need of a new TV I'll get 4k, but I see no reason to upgrade right now. I don't play consoles and don't watch many Blurays.
