Board 8 > Should I bother continuing with Pokemon Sun when I have Pokemon Ultra Sun now?

I got Sun when it came out. I played it on and off for a little while and finished the first like 5 or 6 Island Challenges. I recently got Ultra Sun from a deal and I'm wondering if I should just start that or if I should finish through Sun first.

I mean theyre both the exact same game

Ultra sun has a worse plot and is much more tedious, but better pokemon selection

I did the same thing with Moon. I haven't gone back and don't miss it. Gen 7 was pretty awful.

The plot is the same but with the villains made more sympathetic and less villainy (which nobody complained about), basically.

The actual plot changes beyond that are negligible.

There was a trade-in deal at GameStop. At the time I thought it was more like BW2, I didnt realize they basically remade a game from a year ago. So now I realize Ultra Moon wouldve been slightly better.

I work at gamestop and even I didn't know they were the same damn game

They were different enough that I didn't mind playing them both. But I would advise taking a break between them so you don't get burned out.

Yeah basically

There's a couple things they improve on but for the most part you're better off just playing the originals.
