I cant find the right words to search for what I want

basically I just need to do something like the text function in photoshop, where you can type something and then add like drop shadow and glow with differnt fonts, but just like in browser. I cant figure out how to search for it because when I put in stuff like text photoshop it brings up browser photo editors and I dont need to edit a photo just make text
