Your power would basically be whenever in "Save state" mode, you can set a save state for your life, and at any point something happens that you didn't want to happen, you can go back to the last save state and everything reverses- even other people and the world around you.

An example would be setting a save state before a job interview, and if you felt you did awful and didn't get the job, you go back to your save state and do it differently.

In this example, let's say death reverts you back to your most recent save state, and when you go back to your save state you still remember all of your experiences that may have failed or you wanted to do differently.

Well If I had 2 save slots, I'd go ahead and make one right away so when Im 90+ years old I can go back to my current age.

Then I'd use the other one for shenanigans and such. Free movies and prostitutes, speaking of movies; I could watch something on TV then rewind and watch a different channel at the same time. Sleep? I mean I don't think eating should count, the food would come back out, right? Too bad it erases video game saves too; although I could theoretically use it as a temporary save state for any game.

Go on vacation and then come back like I never left, before I bought tickets; buy a oneway ticket actually and warp back.

Hmm, wish I had this power when I was younger.

Keep in mind if you went on vacation with someone, they wont remember any of it if you use your save state. Sure youll remember it but you wont be able to share those memories with anyone.

Also think its funny that you want to watch tv and then use eh save state to then watch something else lol

I recently watched an anime where a character had this exact power, except she can only reset a maximum of 3 days back and she herself has no memory of the event that happened in the time that ended up being reset. She combines this ability with a boy whose ability is having 100% infallible photographic memory to always remember everything he sees, even things that ended up being reset by the girl, and they solve problems for other people. It's an interesting show.

I'd use such a power to help other people like she did, but of course I'd also use it to help myself too. Taking second chances at exams or job interviews, seeing future lottery numbers, stuff like that. Depending on how my body interacts with the reset, I might be able to do things like technically stay awake 24/7 (sleep 8 hours, reset 8 hours, still be rested as if I had slept 8 hours) but I'm not sure if that would work. Does the reset ability affect our bodies as well, cancelling out stuff like sleep and nourishment?

Sounds dangerous. What if you accidentally save state moments before death and get stuck in an endless death cycle

What if you save state before a date and it's going well and you go back to her place and your making out when the phone rings. You answer it and the voice is "what are you doing with my daughter?" You tell your girl and she say "my dad is dead". THEN WHO WAS PHONE?

But if you rewind time you don't keep the money.

With gambling you don't have the money yet.

I'd pull pranks on people to see their reactions, then reset so they don't remember.

There would probably be a limit to how many times a single save state can be used to prevent something like this.

I'd save state at the computer and spend an eternity testing passwords for every admin account.

Then I'd replace all of it with porn.

Rancid rancid porn.
