YOUHAVENOHOPE 05/21/18 11:32:59 AM #1:	Peas ruin every fried rice they're present in. When I'm eating a greasy plate of fried rice as it glistens under warm restaurant lights, my least favorite thing to encounter is a pea in my bite. Peas have a completely different, chalky texture compared to the rest of fried rice. It's not soft and scent-y like onions, it doesn't have the sharp bite of green onion, the crisp of cabbage, etc. Why in the fucking world would you put this green pod of chalky bland into glorious fried rice All it does it put a damper on all the ingredients around it You shouldn't have more than 3 veggies in the fried rice anyway. If I'm feeling picky I'll actually remove the carrot.
