It really doesn't feel necessary

Maeve is bossy insofar as she wants to find her kid. She's actually a better person than Dolores is at the moment; her word of god could compel hosts to obey her, but the ones she has with her are their of their own free will.

Dolores, on the other hand, is compelled to find Glory for whatever reason and she's rewriting or killing anyone who she doesn't approve of. Sort of interesting that S1 set her up as the Host's messiah leading them to freedom, but it might end up being Maeve.

I don't really find them bossy
like, they're both leaders of their respective storylines, just like how the Man in Black is the leader of his. Bernard isn't a take charge kinda guy, plus he's going through some shit so he's a little bit different

Dolores is just annoying to watch by design because of the whole Wyatt stuff that's in her head

I wish I liked any of the characters on this show. Its hard for me to invest... I kinda liked Anthony Hopkins last season but hes just a great actor.
