^ this is the cleanest protein I have found for a decent price that doesn't taste like booty.

Make sure she checks the sugar and sodium content of products before making a decision, lots of stuff is practically a milkshake while providing minimal protein per serving.

I used Optimum Nutrition's for that as well, years ago. But BSN's tastes better if you want to use water instead of milk.

The first issue is your caloric goals. If you dont give a shit like I did since I was so light then milk is the way to go since you get the protein and calorie boost. But if you're trying to do it a little cleaner I'd go with water.

I switched to water because I was drinking it in Iraq and I was convinced the packaged milk came from goddamn camels.
