Restrictions can be passed, so long as they don't cause an undue burden (which is its own can of worms as far as definitions go). I don't think there's much ground for the court to back away from the precedent of bodily integrity that's been built up over the years. Likewise with fetal personhood with regards to due process. I can't even remember if the girl was legal or not. I wonder what's going on these lawmakers' closets. That's the sad thing. I'm no fan of the concept of abortion but you can't deny the amount of good it does for the well being of the population.
