Both actually, I rotate each week, Sunday to Tuesday 12 hours a day, next week it's Sunday to Wednesday 12 hours a day, rinse and repeat

Sometimes slightly less, sometimes more. I voluntarily stay late and try to build up some overtime whenever the budget allows for it.

My schedule is technically 40 and i don't have to do more but I try and pick up an extra 16-24 because I like overtime.
