My main is DoctorVader.

I have only ever been modded like 5 times in the last decade at most. Like 1 a year.

Question asked what's the weirdest thing you've eaten and I answered with unclean female genitalia using the p word.

That was worthy enough for a warned because it's offensive even if true.

I personally think that's completely undeserved. Why are mods harping on old time members that basically keep this place alive? We're adults here.

To top it off the shitty redirecting ads are back. Like, are you guys running a business or a fucking amateur website?

Yeah, I pretty sure one I disputed went back to the same person. They seemed way too emotionally invested in what I said. The fact a lead overturned it said it all.

The Mods need to be held accountable. Theres a couple bad apples that abuse their power and its essentially a combination of trolling and harrassment.

The worst part is there is no way for a user to protect or stand up for themselves. Theres no accountability whatsoever for the moderation staff.

Not sure how disputing it will help. I will if it does. As I said, it probably is a ToU violation. I just don't feel a warning is deserved at all. I'm not some problematic user running around causing issues and annoying people and getting modded. That should be what a warning should be for. It has cheapened the whole thing.

I can't even remember what the fuck I was last modded for, because it was like in September and I think it was because of quoting a moddable post.

I know I sound like I'm bitching, but it's a little frustrating, especially when the mods that hang on CE actually seem like great people. So I've never thought much bad about them.

In context it was technically a violation, but assuming a clean history when it was posted, at the worst I'd have just nkl'd it. No reason for a Warn on a clear history.

I've had a few where I was too harsh and I was told I should probably over turn the moderation, just not repost due to it being a violation.

Sounds similar here to be honest. I'd dispute it, asking for clarification on whether another mod thinks it was moderation worthy, and perhaps add in the dispute if it could at least be overturned without reposting, as it was pretty damn harsh if your history was clean.

I don't know if I'd take it all the way to the admin, but you might at least go for a first level dispute, get a second opinion on it.
