Reminds me of when I last moved and the realtor failed to get the key and wanted to meet off-site for me to sign forms and I was all "uhhh, I'm not from the town I'm moving to so I don't really know of... places... at all, but there is a dunkin donuts near the bus stop... so... there... I guess?" So we met there and neither of us bought anything and are both white and didn't get kicked out or had the cops called and left on our own free will after I signed what I had to sign. We must have impeded their business though because that dunkin donuts closed like a year to a year and a half later. It's not abnormal at all for people to do business deals in regular clothes.
