While no state has implemented it yet, 3 have been approved in their requests. Kentucky, Indiana, and Arkansas in that order.

Michigan joins a growing list to submit for the waiver from the Trump Administration or to be in the process of trying to.

That list in addition to those 3 includes.

Kansas
Maine
New Hampshire
North Carolina
Utah
Wisconsin

Others who are considering or in the process of it are
South Carolina
South Dakota
