(again meaning I beat it on a different console from before -first being PS3 and now on X Box One)
And I even got the achievement for beating it without using the Dollar Bill Store :D --- Official Strawberry Eater of PotD ... Copied to Clipboard!

beat it years ago (1999)
Think it changes how the game should be played too much to a point where its not as enjoyable. Next difficulty down feels a lot better. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Wouldn't a more apt name for that be "1996 mode"?
You know, since 1999 was more or less the birth of the modern first-person shooter, with Half-Life, Unreal the year prior, Quake having a few years headstart, and 1996 sounding more ancient anyway. ... Copied to Clipboard!

It's pretty easy if you reset to get the right equipment early and use a charge build. The rpg mechanics in infinite are actually pretty elaborate. If you take the time to figure out how everything works and plan out a build you can do some really broken things.

I hated Bioshock Infinite so much. Admittedly, it was a decent game. It just didn't even come close to deserving its name. Bioshock and Bioshock 2 were excellent. Most of the complexity of gameplay was stripped from Infinite and the story was bad.
It was just another generic FPS. Call it anything else, just not Bioshock. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Apparently I got those achievements on 360 almost 5 years ago (4/19/2013)
I think I got all but 3 of the main game achievements but I'm missing a bunch of the DLC ones. I vaguely remember some arena type mode where you beat waves of enemies or something? Don't think I touched that at all. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I noticed this the second time through (much like my second time through in any RPG) There are multiple great ways to win any battle. HeyImAlex posted... Where can I touch you? I will agree to this, as the original Bioshock is probably in my top 5 favorite games ever, and Infinite doesn't come close, but it's still fun in its own way. It feels nothing like a Bioshock game though, which has always bothered me. But I've slowly grown to accept it. I also got the Brass Balls achievement in the original Bioshock for not using a Vita Chamber. That was equally as hard. RCtheWSBC posted... Yeah I did that. It wasn't that hard, enemies were just more accurate and bulletspongey. Nothing really "1999" about that. It was kind of a let down tbh.
Also, yes, Infinite is the weakest of the series in terms of gameplay. They kinda stripped away everything about the gameplay that made it interesting in the first place. --- Nintendo Network ID: papercups 3DS FC: 4124 5916 9925 ... Copied to Clipboard!

But I've slowly grown to accept it They do have some really cool DLC where you get to play in Rapture before it's destruction, with all random NPC's walking around the stores and malls and such, it's pretty sweet.
