I worked at a call center and the handbook said "business casual" but the examples for business casual were "any shorts with a belt loop, any shirt as long as it didn't depict something offensive, and any footwear except plastic flip flops" super loose definition of business casual lol. --- ... I guess my situation would be business casual, but we can only wear a certain color of top. So it's very limited, but not quite a uniform.

I can wear whatever I want. Only thing that's required is steel toes. I've never had a job with a dress code or uniforms and wouldn't want to.
