Most of us can't speak Spanish and wouldn't know if you hadn't said anything. And I still don't know because I refuse to go look.

I can say some pretty bad stuff in Japanese, but it wouldn't translate properly or have the same meaning behind it in English, but the fact of the matter is that it's still said. Ergo I could get away with it. The ToU also doesn't state that you can't swear in another language... and that would matter in the case of my example; If nobody can understand it, then it can't apply.

Some folk regard it as the most offensive thing you can call someone. I never understand why that is myself as it's just another word for a woman's genitalia.
