On Wednesday morning, Ingraham pounced.

David Hogg Rejected By Four Colleges To Which He Applied and whines about it, the Fox News host tweeted. (Dinged by UCLA with a 4.1 GPAtotally predictable given acceptance rates.)


After two advertisers pulled their support, Laura Ingraham released the following statement:

Any student should be proud of a 4.2 GPA including David Hogg. On reflection, in the spirit of Holy Week, I apologize for any upset or hurt my tweet caused him or any of the brave victims of Parkland. For the record, I believe my show was the first to feature David immediately after that horrific shooting. And as always, hes welcome to come on my show anytime for a productive discussion.

It's funny people that the people defending Laura Ingraham for taunting a high school student are now boycotting the companies for picking some political side... I don't think it has to do with politics at all, it's mostly because companies don't want their image associated with the behavior of this woman. They are businesses after all.

CNN is parading him around like some inspirational voice of the people, while simultaneously claiming that he shouldnt be criticized because hes just 17.
