Resident Evil: Outbreak. Loved this series, but unfortunately came out right as consoles were starting to explore playing online, and got destroyed by reviews for load times and lack of voice chat. With MHW doing very well, I wish Capcom would give this a shot again.

Demons Crest. A more refined sequel that kept the same gloomy atmosphere of the previous games but further embraced the Gargoyles Quest series metroidvania status would have been one of the greatest 2D platformers ever made.

The devs literally don't have any money to make a sequel, and have resorted to making it an admittedly-mediocre webcomic. LinksLiege posted... You'd think so, but they have said before that they don't have the budget to do console games anymore, which is why we never even got a battle sim for Gen 5 or later (though Masuda's comments on the subject states that the battle sims in his eyes are pointless now that the main series is now in 3D). Of course, they said this before they made Shuffle, which was a financial success, so who knows? LinksLiege posted... Yoshi's Island - I mean a SNES sequel. I'd be fine with what feels like a romhack of YI.
