Mine is 342063537 and right now STR Ultimate Gohan is probably my leader. I have a decent amount of other leaders available though. Gonna slowly work on maxing SS3 Brolys SA. Its gonna be quite a grind, but hey raising to SA10 for free instead of using Kais is always worth it if it isnt a 50% or lower chance <_<

I need to start doing that with TEQ SSJ3 Goku.

Something like this would be a good start

Day 1 - 1x dragon stone
Day 2 - Senzu/Dende
Day 3 - 2x dragon stone
Day 4 - 10x bronze awakening medals of each type
Day 5 - 5x silver awakening medals of each type
Day 6 - 3x dragon stone
Day 7 - 1x Elder Kai and Supreme Kai medal

And then reset to day 1 again. It could be better even, but that beats green drinks, zeni and Friend Points

That's what's been stopping me in the first place. But I don't have a lot to do in the game right now, so I figured maybe trying it out a little, like getting a couple raised up and just see how it feels.

I was thinking about it this morning for some reason, so I want to follow up on SEP's "knowing what events he can do" questions, the simplest way to put it is, if an event is labeled as "Z-hard" you can probably do it. If it's "Super" it's probably questionable but I wouldn't bet on it, and "Super 2" is "lelno, get more better dudes"

Do I basically just need to keep Dokkaning the ones I can to then use them for tougher events?

Yeah, work your way up the ladder. The general way it worked in the past is that each event would have a certain skill that negates whatever buffs the boss has. A great example of this is the older AGL Super Vegito event, which has a damage reduction passive, which is negated by the link skill "Fierce Battle." The kicker is that that particular link skill is only had by units which have been dokkaned in other dokkan events. So to get those back then you would need units with other skills, for instance the Cell event's weakness is skills that "weaken regeneration" and so on and so on.

Spiel incoming, but just so you understand what's changed and what direction the game is going in, what makes these events easier now than then is power creep, you will see some older units have stuff like Atk +40% skills or Ki+2, etc, whereas guys like SSJ4 Goku/Vegeta are packing skills like atk +100% at minimum. In addition, leader skills are getting way better, with universal stat buffs based on percentage rather than a flat +3000 atk. Add it all up and that means those bosses melt faster and you can basically brute force your way through any sort of gimmick they have. That stops being the case on later bosses because they also start adding in more health bars. These newer bosses also introduce mechanics such as not able to be stunned or have their super attack sealed, which adds to the level of units you need to be able to beat them.

Case in point, SSJ3 Goku has a phase 1 of 1 health bar, and a phase 2 of 3 bars. The newest TEQ Vegito Blue event has a phase one of FOUR bars, a phase 2 of I think 5? Phase 3 of I think 7 and a Phase 4 of I think 9. That's 25 health bars, and that's on the low end of my guess. You can't plow through that the way you could the older bosses.

For you SEP, I think you're 1 or 2 pieces away from being able to beat SSJ4 vegeta's dokkan event at the highest difficulty, it's still very tough but having VB already gives you an edge, as does SSJ4 vegeta himself. I think you could maybe do the z-hard one, phase 1 is STR (you have AGL caulifla and SSJ4 vegeta, both very good units), phase 2 is TEQ (this might be tough but you could potentially just plow through that one) and phase 3 is STR again (See above) If you're able to do that and dokkan your SSJ4 vegeta, that gives you a really good extra punch to use against SSJ4 goku and get him dokkaned. Just be sure when you do the z-hard version instead of the super2 version, pick up all the gold pink capsules as those are extra medals you need. It used to be you only got 3 for doing the z-hard version but picking up extra on the map is 1 extra per, which adds up.

Also keep in mind that dokkan events are half-cost right now, they're normally 40 and 50, so get that grinding in while you can!

Im grinding medals for Cabba since he has a Dokkan Awakening coming eventually. Yeah its either that, farming gems or farming SS3 Broly. So bored lol

I just need a couple more runs of TEQ VB then back to farming pudding for me, can't wait for the WT so I'll have enough stones for kais to max out my rose (I got him up to 6 with Grand Kais from the EZA Broly event)

Weren't they supposed to change the dokkan stamina events to half off permanently? I thought that happened around the time PHY Super Vegito got released?

I think they went permanent half stamina at the same time they added the random 1-6 medal drops for Z-Hard events.

I only remember it being during PHY Vegito because I think that's when I stopped playing. Everyone was going nuts over the droppable Vegito with no card art.

I'm at 39/77 medals for SSJ4 Vegeta already without too much work since I've been getting 5 or 6 medals a time without even picking any up. Niiiice.

I love this Vegeta & Bulma card. I don't know if it's optimal strategy, but I pretty much always put him in the spot to absorb the most attacks because of his counter, and it's just making things so easy.

Sticking dudes that take scratch damage (which I assume def +100% allows since SSJ4 vegeta dokkaned gets 120% def and takes scratch damage) is absolutely optimal strategy. That's what made AGL Super Vegito so sought after, he works the same way (though through damage reduction rather than def boosts)

It's the optimal strategy unless you want to keep him on rotation each turn. I'm not sure if you know how those work yet or not but here's a quick primer just in case.

The first two characters in a turn will always come back in 2 turns and the character in the 3rd slot will come back in 3 turns.

So by rearranging who the first two characters are in a turn you can guarantee they'll always stick together and always be back in a turn. The turn order stays the same between rounds of a fight and between fights on the same mission but it always starts randomized on a new mission.

Get R Goku from Epic Showdown, do quest stage specifically that gives medal to dokkan into angel goku, do quest stage that gives medal to dokkan into Super Saiyan Goku, do Surpassing All dokkan event for 4-star ball 3 times to dokkan into Angel Super Saiyan Goku, do Warrior Returned from Otherworld Dokkan event for 35 medals to dokkan into Angel Super Saiyan 3 Goku.

So I'm working on rainbowing LR Vegito and it's not possible to raise his SA to 20 without using kais right?

It looks like the shop gives you 6 which would be enough to do it but you can't get enough potara medals. I know that japan added more potara medals but what would you guys recommend?

Farm this guy to raise SA level before dokkaning him, if you've already LR'd him then reverse him back to TUR Vegito and go from there. Not sure if it'll be 100% or 50% (it'd be 100% at base I think) but it's better than using kais imo

You want to use the ones in the shop for the potential but if you're trying to rainbow him then you probably know that and if he's already LR'd and you didn't do that then you done goofed

Yeah I haven't rainbowed him (he's still at SSR) and I'm currently farming the Vegitos from the event. I'm just saying you can't farm raise two of the Vegitos to LR like you can with the Androids to avoid using kais. They give you 6 (1 to keep, 4 for potential, 1 to raise SA from 10 to 20) in the shop so I figured you could do something like that but they only give you enough potara medals to raise one of them to LR.

The SSR Vegitos from the event are only a 50% chance to raise base Vegito's SA and there's no way to increase that to 100% btw.
