Corrik 03/24/18 2:05:19 PM #1:	Misdemeanor drug possession, domestic violence, reckless driving, DUI, driving on suspended license, shoplifting, being in possession of stolen property, threatening comments, etc etc. Until 10 years after it passes, being legally deemed "rehabilitated" after 5 years or obtaining a temporary resident pass. All of which you can be denied. And they will turn you back from the border even if your charge is say driving on a suspended license and you are just a passenger with no intention of driving. They said they sometimes will approve a TRP at the border. I know a lot of people who have gone to Canada with DUIs. The border guards gave me a hard time because I'm a slob, saying they could turn me back because my car was such a mess. They let me in, but I suspect it was under protest.
